We even had a little train at the base.
For Christmas dinner, Kev made beef tenderloin with a bordelaise sauce. We also had roasted red potatoes with garlic and steamed green beans.
At the end of our dinner, we celebrated with a small Christmas cake from a local Japanese bakery.
And that was our Christmas in Okinawa.
Hope you enjoyed your holidays!
Happy New Year!
Love, Chrissy & Kevin

WOW - that certainly is a Charlie Brown tree! But it is perhaps the loveliest CB tree I've seen. I can just feel the love. That dessert looks great - and so typical of Japanese pasry, "picture perfect". What a contrast between the tree and pastry, and they are perhaps the opposite of mine. I have a full size well-decked-out lush tree but my pastry, well maybe we should call it Charlie Brown pastry. :)
